A background, not an instructor
These options provide a sound behind your own practice. They contain no narration added by AmbientBlend, no spoken meditation instructions and no binaural-beat track.
You can also practise without a background. Choose sound only if it is something you want in the session, rather than a requirement for doing it correctly.
Choose one texture before beginning
Stream is flowing water, Forest contains more natural detail, and Waves have a rise-and-fall pattern. Preview one at a time while paused between choices if you want a clear comparison.
Start quietly. If you find yourself following each event rather than your own practice, try another texture or pause. There is no need to assemble a complex scene to use these recordings.
Give the session a clear end
Choose a timer before pressing Play. When it ends, playback fades out and stops. There is no meditation bell here; the change to silence is the player’s ending.
A running timer keeps its original deadline if you pause. Choose Off to cancel it. If you want to save a preferred sound setup, open the full mixer after the session and save its settings locally.

Recordings & sources
The player repeats the short audio files below for as long as your session runs. The loop length is the length of each file, not a limit on listening time. Events within a recording may repeat.
| Sound | Loop | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Forest | 30 s Stereo | Joseph SARDIN Field recording · CC0 |
| Ocean | 30 s Stereo | DenisChardonnet Field recording · CC0 |
| Stream | 30 s Stereo | Joseph SARDIN Field recording · CC0 |
Start at a comfortable level. The volume percentages describe player settings; they do not measure the sound level at your ears. Playback with a locked screen or a background tab depends on your device and browser. Opening another page stops playback.
Common questions
Are these guided meditation recordings?
No. These are natural audio backgrounds for an unguided session. No teacher, spoken exercise or instruction is included.
Do I need headphones?
No. Use speakers or headphones if you want sound, at a comfortable level. These are ordinary recordings, not a two-ear binaural-beat exercise.
Can I set a ten-minute meditation timer?
The quick choices here are 15, 30, 60 and 120 minutes. Use the full mixer’s timer controls for a custom duration. The existing audio stops when you open that page, which opens paused.
