Choose rain, brown noise or a forest stream. Set a focus block and a quiet break, then begin when you are ready.

A complete focus and break cycle

Start with 25 minutes of focus and a 5-minute break, or choose 50 / 10. You can set your own whole-minute lengths before starting. The countdown begins when the selected sound starts.

At the end of a focus block, audio fades to silence and a break begins. When the break ends, the next focus block waits for your click. There is no notification permission prompt, spoken guidance or sudden alarm.

Pause, resume and reset

Pause focus stops the sound and preserves the time remaining. Resume focus continues that block. Reset session clears the completed-block count and prepares a fresh session.

Timers use deadlines rather than counting browser ticks. A background tab or sleeping device can delay the visible update; it does not start extra work blocks while you are away. Black screen leaves the timer and audio controls in their current state.

Recordings & sources

The player repeats the short audio files below for as long as your session runs. The loop length is the length of each file, not a limit on listening time. Events within a recording may repeat.

Start at a comfortable level. The volume percentages describe player settings; they do not measure the sound level at your ears. Playback with a locked screen or a background tab depends on your device and browser. Opening another page stops playback.
